At Mohawk Surgery Center, we are committed to making surgical care accessible to all members of our community. We understand that medical expenses can be overwhelming, and we offer a Financial Assistance Program to help patients who are experiencing financial hardship. Financial assistance does not apply to cosmetic procedures.
Eligibility Criteria: Financial assistance is available to uninsured, underinsured, and low-income patients who meet specific guidelines. Eligibility is determined through a confidential review of income, assets, and household size.
How to Apply: Patients may request a Financial Assistance application during registration or download it from our website. Our financial counselors are available to help guide you through the process and answer any questions.
- Payment plans, other discounts or emergent waivers may be applied with facility CEO approval.
